Experience Matters offers a series of workshops and seminars from one-half day to two full days to help executives and senior professionals discover the characteristics of an ideal job. When people believe they are in an ideal job, their organizational loyalty increases and they stay to offer their institutional wisdom.
The workshops and seminars are led by senior executives who have direct experience in the issues facing executives in transition.
